- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in the customization.

- Digital downloads or services rendered (e.g., digital wedding templates).
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at admin@hojina.xyz with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Please pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our team.
Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
