  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error in the customization.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective).
  • Digital downloads or services rendered (e.g., digital wedding templates).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at admin@hojina.xyz with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Please pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided by our team.

Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
